History & Mission

Founded in 1945, the Searcy Regional Chamber of Commerce (SRCC) has 79 years of experience of helping businesses grow. SRCC serves as the indispensable source for business connections, opportunities, and solutions with a mission to strengthen member businesses and build a strong local economy.

In our early years, the chamber was focused on agriculture. However, community leaders quickly realized the need for industry in our area. Industrial recruitment and strengthening the local business community took on a new focus. Today our chamber represents 500 area businesses and an estimated 9,000 employees of those companies.

Mission Statement

The purpose for which the corporation is organized is to advance and promote the industrial, commercial, and civic interests of the City of Searcy, Arkansas, and its vicinity and thereby secure and preserve a high quality of life for its citizenry.

Vision Statement

It is the goal of the Searcy Regional Chamber of Commerce to promote sound economic growth for business, industry and agriculture in the Searcy and White County area.  Of equal importance shall be our efforts to improve the economic well-being and quality of life for our residents. To that end, we will continue to promote Searcy through persistent attention to our values.
