About Us

The Searcy Board of REALTORS® has been a charter member of the National Association of REALTORS® since 1962 and is proud to currently serve approximately 100 members.

It is our goal to provide leadership, education, technology, and support for all members, to enhance the professional standards of the Real Estate profession, and to elevate our membership to better serve the consumer, support our communities, and protect private property rights .

We started our own MLS® system in 1981 but are now served as a member of Cooperative Arkansas REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (CARMLS®) which was established in 1989. It is the largest regional MLS® in Arkansas. Since our MLS®' inception in 1981 we have had MLS® meetings where our members get together discuss listings and then tour new homes each Wednesday. It is an excellent way to network and keep informed with what is going on in our area.

In 1994 we established a New Member Orientation class. All joining members are required to attend this Orientation.

In 2006 we purchase a building for our Board Office. Here we hold our weekly MLS® meetings, monthly Board of Directors meetings, our Committee meetings, and miscellaneous education classes.
