Span Holding to Break Ground on Dual-Brand Hilton Hotel in Searcy
SEARCY, Ark. (March 14, 2025) – Span has announced plans to break ground in March on a new dual-brand Hilton hotel in Searcy, further expanding the city’s hospitality offerings. The new Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton property will be located at 128 N. Rand Drive, conveniently situated off East Race Avenue, near Unity Health, Harding University, Arkansas State University-Beebe Searcy Campus, and Interstate 57.
The four-story hotel will feature 122 rooms, with 62 Home2 Suites accommodation catering to extended-stay guests and 60 Tru by Hilton guest rooms designed for leisure stays. The property’s modern design and diverse amenities will appeal to both business and leisure travelers.
